Manager of Administration
Karen Kinch joined the Institute in 1988. She’s held a number of positions over the years which have provided her with experience in technical as well as administrative aspects of the organization.
As Manager of Administration, Karen is responsible for directing and overseeing administrative support services for operations, fiscal and budgetary planning and management, communications and public outreach activities and human resources. As a member of the management team, she also participates in strategic and operational decisions. Karen began her education in the Science program at the University of Prince Edward Island following which she received her diploma from Holland College in Business/Computers.
